Why would you cut the leads flush before soldering? You’ve know taken away all the mechanical grip of the solder. I’d be shocked if you didn’t have cracking after some use. Also by pushing the tape down like that, it would tend to pull some of the components back up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone solder like this.

Possible yes, been done before I think not. Watercooling loops need to be taken apart for maintenance every couple of years, and tubing can become more rigid and crack over time causing leaks which would probably kill the amp. If the water pump dies the amp would go into thermal shutdown and you'd need to open the loop, put a new pump in and refill the loop, which would take hours, if a fan on a air cooled amp dies you just swap the fan with a new one and you're done in 10 15 minutes.

3 кВт? Питание как минимум 130 +- вольт. Грубо делим 3000 на 260 получается 12 А. Честно говоря я бы не использовал на таких мощностях разъемные соединения. А на выход вообще проводки как у меня из усилителя на TDA7294) . Ха, так БП на 1500 китайских ватт, нормальных 1000. Не вижу смысла под такой БП лепить 56 выходных транзисторов

Я угораю всегда с этого. С таким питанием это 600вт на 4 ома, 300 на 8 ом. 1500вт - надо =-120в, в реальности - выше. Это при условии непросаживаемого почти БП (с импульсником реально). Только вот смысла в чисто классе АВ с одним уровнем питания тут чуть - выше КПД не прыгнешь, а рассеивать киловатт в тепло - так себе занятие.

boyo, he did the mastermind calculation, so he have 80 0 80 power supply, he combined it so its 160v and he did the calculation (160x160)/8R So he got 3200W, but in theory its just the vcc wattage that it should need to do. Even tho he have 2 of this amp and even if we calculate the power efficiency of class AB amplifier its 50% its gonna be 3k watt, but there is a catch, since he have 2x3kw amp which is not 3kw just like (in theory 1600w) he will have a load of 3000-6000Watts on that lil power supply, i dont think those specs are real. Lets count the transistors! Those are on one side 2SC5200 so one is 15A and 150W TDP, and he have 7of it on one side, another side is for the other side of sine wave. He have 7x2x150w TDP of max heat load, so it is 2100w max heat so since the class AB is 50% efficient so we can get about 1000-1200Watt max before the amplifier going in smoke, so its already bussin. Lets go for the eletrical side: those are 15A transistors and he have 80 0 80 power supply. He have 7on one side. so its 105A max collector current. So lets calculate the dumb way: 80x105 so its 8400 and divided by the speaker impedance which lets assume its a resistor: so lets say that its 8R right?: the result is only 1050Watt max onto 8R, or 2100W into 4Ohm. its just cause of the voltage limitation of the power supply not counting the losses. Amplifier busted!!! CBZ youre a shame, you shouldn't clickbait, and you should do output measurements before sayin infos!!!
