This is nickel steel. It makes a stronger bond.

Can you post your power settings in the comments. You said you are using less power on the neg side?

For the JP40 on Copper 0.2 / Nickel 0.2 I am using no more than 22T or (173 Jules) of power as maximum. With the other cells like Molicel I go higher for about 35T or 276 Jules.
