I watched this last night and I knew I wanted to make the little nest and I do have plenty of fabric scraps, soooo I'm off to buy tags and find that ribbon. I think I will want to harden mine and make zipper pulls out of them. I bought a couple of dies with bird and nest themes so I think using my dies on the leather pouches I make and adding the bird nest charm as a zipper pull will be super swinnn for me! Thank you!

I have been wanting to do something like this! I actually want to make them much bigger and best them in my christmas tree. Your burlap idea was just what i needed. Very cute. These could be used to embellish all sorts of things; a fairy garden, a planter, a wreath, a terrarium, etc I miss crafting. I recently fell on the ice and shattered both bones in my left wrist. So until it heals, I am living vicariously through you. 😉TFS

Yep...I fell on the ice too,so scary,one lady I know broke both wrists and another lady broke both ankles,and my neighbor broke her hip just getting the newspaper.

I am so glad to see you back , I have been collecting glitter so i guess my next step is german glass . I really love it , and i would love to do a doll gown with it . as that is what i do and yes believe me i will use a popsicle stick to make sure all the glass is pressed down . I promise . I just think its the most beautiful thing and it would really make my gowns sparkle . They are for my own collection , i would use regular glitter for any others i would do . I really love your tutorials and i have missed them
