Can someone help me? So I was using permanent black fine sharper to do the outlining and after I baked it, I put on mod podge. It started smearing and the color of the colored pencil began to mix. It was a huge fail 😔

I have a question! please answer 😖 I don't have shrink plastic, so if I were to use plastic number 6 would I be able to use a nail file to roughen it up so I can use colored pencils, or does plastic no. 6 not work the same way? Anyone can answer 😭
