Loved this tutorial. However I would like the frills to go up to the waist and the skirt of the apron a little fuller. Do you think this is possible?. Im a beginner sewer so worried I wont be able to do it

Yes maybe just round the corners a bit more than I did that way the ruffle will wrap around more easily
