WHATS YOULL NEED:
Baby lips container
Vaseline
1/2 a starburst
Tiny piece of lipstick for tint

When you melt the starburst don't do it in with the Vaseline or chap stick. Put them in a heat safe glass cup or bowl, a small amout of water (1/3 of your starburst amount so for this u only use 1 starburst so only use maybe four drops of water wih it) and it will get the starburst to actually liquify and if it doesn't just keep adding small amount of water untill it liquifys and then melt your Vaseline/Chapstick & if u use then small amount if lipstick/eyeshadow for color in a different cup and then mix the two together an put it in ur container then freeze it. I did it and it worked perfectly, it's exactly like a Chapstick/baby lips type thing.
