DIY BABY LOUNGER SEWING TUTORIAL

Hey loves! This is another baby tutorial, I was making one for myself and thought I'd film a how-to incase anyone else was in the market for a dock-a-tot or snuggle me dupe.
This was SO easy to make and way cheaper than the store bought items I was considering to buy.
Please use your own judgement and discretion when using a baby lounger! All baby loungers should be used with supervision only!

I'm going to add a padded piece of foam pad for the base to be a bit sturdier and padded in middle part where baby will be.

no she didnt because its meant to be inside a crib or bed, a couch and on already soft surfaces. but you could totally add a couple layers of foam and sew the stitches on top down the center (as shown in this video) so it doesnt shift and move around.

your seams are uneven, you didn't finish any edges nor tie off any threads and you didn't measure your entire length of the lounger to make sure it was '"square". If you randomly put in pins you can't be sure your sewing is straight - that's why you have pins! measure, measure, measure and so your lines are uneven. And that's not how to close up an opening.

If you are advised to exercise during pregnancy then I doubt embroiding is too strenuous hahahah
