@@ghalianadeem2892 I recommend you to try it. Due to the function of the strip, one balloon per a hole is shaped like this. And it's possible to make a more organic shape with glue dots(included our diy kit). But if getting confused, it will be helpful to watch not only this video but also my other diy videos.

Each hole = 1 balloon, and if you feel that the garland is not complete when you are done, you can use glue dot to put more balloons for looking fuller.

Actually that doesn't matter because balloon strip could twist anyway or you can twist on purpose to make a shape. but if you can do, I recommend put opposite way!

don't need to put water for confetti to stick.. just inflate the balloon, tie them and rub the ballon with a piece of cloth and voilla- confetti will automatically stick to the wall of the baloon.

There are many type of garland kit in Amazon or party store around you. But there is no balloon type of lasting for months. Only one called "Gems" balloon does. i hope it helps your planning.

This is for indoor. There is the different way to do it for outdoor by using fishing line only. (Not using the balloon strip)

that depends on the wall type. if you do not want to make any damages on your wall, find any rigging point so you can tie with fishing line or balloons strips to make a shapes

it is very big difference before glue dots with little balloons to fill up and after. once you finish your garland with some bald spot, inflate balloons random size, and fill up with glue dots. please find reference in 06:18
