Are the ribbons from the helium balloons attached to anything in the back?

Yes i just weave them into the base of the balloons

Do you ever use 160 balloons? Do you double stuff your water weights?

Only sometimes if i need to… but for the most part i use 260. Yes I double stuff my water balloon weights

You can also fix foil balloons by a pice of clear tape or with a househodl iron. Try with a popped balloon or a piece of one to have the correct temperature and seal the foil. The wrong temperature of the iron can burnt the foil or not seal.

yeah i hear you i will have to try next time. In this case there were a lot of holes in the seams it was hard to try to patch them all
