How does your hubby know how to do all of this construction? He is like a jack of all trades!

When I watch your videos I’m so impressed with your hard work and being able to accomplish all that you both have with a new born & a toddler. I would have to be medicated🤣🤣🤣. I love the look of your bathroom already. Can’t wait for all that’s to come❤️❤️❤️

New subscriber so I'm just seeing this. I used Veranda PVC in my kid's bath in 2015. It's mostly installed with Power Grab cement and some white panel nails. The nail holes do disappear. It looks yellow to me so paint was necessary, but it finishes beautifully. I finished the ceiling with PVC crown molding but what you've done looks excellent. Christian is very detail oriented and he's doing a better job than a contractor would do.

The bathroom is really coming together. FYI the tile saw you rented is almost as cheap to buy in case you want to use for future projects.

I was just wondering how the bathroom was coming along and up popped your video! (I obviously spend too much time on KZbin.) Are you starting to relax yet? I told you your design choices were going to be amazing, and you were going to have a beautiful bathroom! I was able to finish one project in my house before I had a mental breakdown and it was a bathroom that went in in place of a very small bedroom. Had a few missteps but, in the end, it looked better than I thought it would. Tiling is pretty easy for a beginner, especially with the right tools, like the wet saw. It’s the grouting that’s a pain. Cleanup is difficult, but has to be done right, or your tile won’t ever look clean. Looking forward to the next video!

Oh gosh… we were hoping the grout would be the easy part
@bevalexander58979 ай бұрын
@@AllisonMcPhail Just remember to grout a few rows, then do a quick wipe down before the grout dries. Then go over it all again after you’re done grouting. The quick wipe down will save a lot of time, and you won’t scratch the tile trying to get dry grout off. Beautiful tile choice btw, and I’m going to use the ship lap one of these days.

We grouted our kitchen and it was such a pain, also used way more than we were told it would take
