When making mine, using a wooden stick, I found that the wire loop would slip around on the stick. So, I notched the top of the wooden stick, just slightly, so the wire stays in place. Worked perfectly!

Thank you for making this video. I have a metal outline of the Eiffel Tower that I want to make into a windchime. I am going to use this technique! Your directions are clear and simple to follow.

Got it, but the camera angle is not good. You really can’t see the wire twisting or bending etc. I’m pretty sure it’s a sun catcher. Pretty colors and wire designs.

Got it, but don't get how this is a windchime. A Windchime makes a noise when the wind causes the hanging bits to clang together. Personally, I would call this a sun catcher. However, I love you techniques, and this is a beautiful sun-catcher.

I was just coming here to say the same thing. Very pretty, but not a "chime".
@myriammoquin26843 жыл бұрын
I suppose she calls it a wind chime because she attaches a jingle bell to the end and I imagine its meant to tinkle when the wind moves it about.

Those are sunbathers. Windchimes are just that, they chime in the wind and make a soothing sound. Yours are pretty, but they are not chimes at all.

Your instructions are quite good, but the camera work is not so great. A close up of your work is needed - especially doing the wire wrap and other attachments. I would not categorize this as a windchime, but rather a lovely sun catcher or garden decoration. Thank you!

hate the repetitive music for me very distracting and irritating cuz, it competes with your verbal instruct ... artsy people tend to be sensitive to stimuli dunno why so many channels insist on competing background. .... at least for me cuz I am here to learn not be entertained. Lots peeps complain about this elsewhere also. Otherwise I love youf channel.

Hey im sorry I love everything you make ...but. please get rid of the background music. Trying to pay attention to you with that loud circus music is not easy. I got so frustrated. Please. You don't need it.
