Your instructions are very clear and precise. Thanks for no rushing through like more people do. I especially was happy to see how you took the time to carefully explain the process to get the straps and how to attach the hardware. This is much appreciated. Thanks again.

EXCELLENT tutorial. Easy to follow, step by step instructions, EXCELLENT zooming. It was rather easy for a "70 year ole dummy" to understand. I must put myself to the test and make one for my 6 year grandson and one to carry dog biscuits, a water bottle, bowl and my 🐾🐾🐾🐕🐕15 month Newfoundland's passport. very encouraging and very relaxing video. A REAL NO NONSENSE TUTORIAL, NO MUSIC BLARING IN THE BACKGROUND. A sweet voice to listen to and a video tutorial I love and appreciate so much. I am so glad you sewed the bias tape on the wrong side of the backpack. Wonder how others ever managed with such thickness on the right side of the bag to attach the bias tape. When they come to corners they GO OFF CAMERA and produce a finished job!😁😁 CONGRATULATIONS for this easy to make backpack video. 💕💕💕 Thanks for sharing and caring. Hugs. 👍👍👍😘🌹🌹🌹🌞🌞👏👏👏

Great tutorial! I want to make a little backpack for my grandaughter's 2nd birthday and this looks perfect. I do want to use a cute quilting cotton print though, should I interface and line all the pieces?? Also, in the materials list it calls for one yard of canvas - what is the width of that? Wondering if the quilting cotton is wide enough for one yard. ALSO - how wide is the webbing used for the straps?

I love this bag! Thank you for this video! I think I'm going to make a few. I'll update this comment if they are a success lol. Question for you... I was thinking about making some straps out of just the cotton material I have and with felt on the inside. Do you think this would work out?
@ForeSeeLove3 жыл бұрын
Hello Ieshia! Your welcome! And yes you can absolutely make your own straps. I would suggest you can make a padding for the top half of the strap (your material & felt) and sew the nylon webbing straps over them (like most backpacks do) or you can do all material with felt you just have to make sure the end of your straps can fit through the buckle loops. Hopefully that makes sense. Have fun and happy sewing! 🙂
