Today I'm gonna show you how I made a case for my BENCH POWER SUPPLY.
I used a bamboo cutting board, a wooden plank, a glass from our old windows and vinyl warp.

I realize this video is a couple year old, but I just wanted to drop you a note. Perhaps it will turn out to be timely. First, this is a beautifully designed little bench power supply. I especially liked how you made the logo. Second, I'm not a woodworker, so I could be wrong, but I think that you may have trouble with the case cracking by the glass as wood naturally shrinks and expands. If so, I think the fix would be pretty simple. Just glue the crack without the glass. Then make a rebate around the window, lay a slightly larger piece of glass into it from the back, and secure it with something that won't let it fall out inside the case. The glass should have a small gap around it it so that the wood can change size without pressing against it. Caulking or a foam seal should keep it from rattling.

Nice project, I wish that I had your wood working skills. I noticed that you secured the temperature sensor with hot glue, hot glue is not a proper medium for transferring heat. silicon glue is better.

wood have M Ohm resistance so dont mount banana female socket directly without insulation, put multimeter in ohm range and see its resistance

Jesus, will someone tell your SO how to cut vegetables....we want to eat today, not next week. :))))))) And just so you know, they sell those little volt/ammeters with a bezel and dimming lens. I don't find them to be all that accurate though. Beautiful case, nice layout! I live in an apartment....I should buy a coping saw - a nice quiet, clean way to get the cuts you need.
