Absolutely gorgeous!! I have a table and lamp combo which i think this will make for a beautiful re-do. Also, for anyone unable to visit Hobby Lobby for the metal sheet, Lowe's and Home Depot also sell them in a variety of colors and styles. Can't wait to try this!!

OMGosh, this is just stunning! I have an antique lamp that is made of metal and crystals that resembles this. It is gold with beautiful crystals that have a full prism effect. They shine the full spectrum of color across the walls in the room. My lamp has a lining. I bought it at an estate sale many years ago. It has never tarnished nor has it shown any discoloration of the metal anywhere. I tried to research it when I first brought it, but I couldn't find anything that looked like it. I will now add "bohemian" to my search requests and hopefully, that will lead me to some information about my lamp and I always hoped that it was worth something lol. If not, it is still beautiful. I would love to try to make this lamp that you have shown. You have made a beautiful lamp creation! I actually need some new lamps. The presence of your lamps when lit is just stunning! When I make this and I'm asked where I got such a beautiful lamp, I'm going to tell them it's a Toni Scott lamp! : )

I cannot get over how great your version looks! I worked at Pier 1 in college, and I remember these Moroccan styled lamps. It would never have occurred to me that they could be DIY’d. Gorgeous! Absolute triumph! I was particularly impressed by the painting of one side of the crystals to mimic the amber shades of the inspiration piece’s crystals. Genius and so effective! I boycott Hobby Lobby for moral reasons, but all these items are available elsewhere. Thank you for this amazing tutorial!
