Oh, super idée! I think I'll try this with some of my yarn cutout scraps from when I make wall hangings! I think it'll look super cute with the rest of my baskets on the wall!!! It's super light, so I only need to use regular clear all purpose glue, and I bet it'll be less messy to cut in that chevron pattern! :O Mais les tiens sont magnifiques!!! Bien joué!!

Hey, My dad gave me this twine but it looks like some kind of natural jute or hemp twine, it is approximately 2 to 3mm thick (0.118 inch) Hope this was helpful!!!! Happy DIY 😘
