If you spend $$$$$ just to make a $$ roller, you're an idiot. If you spend $$$$$ on tools to save $$ on a roller and also save $$$$$ on many other tools you can make over the course of your life time, that's where the true savings occur.

The high pour technique you're using should eliminate a lot of the bubbles in your resin, is there a chance you're getting air trapped in the ridges of the 3d print?

It could be, ive purchased a vacuum chamber and will be making a few more smaller ones to replace all my speedball ones so I'll check to see if i still have bubbles

material cost approx $50, you can make it even cheaper too
