This is soooo beautiful. I have to apply this!! I have a question... this technique can be applied to the center back of a dress or blouse? I suppose I have to modified the length of the pattern to allow the shrinking, or it would be better to do it on a piece of fabric and cut the pattern later? Amazing video and technique
