nice dude! me and my dad are really skilled wood workers. He does motocross and stuff and I skate. We were hanging out gettin baked and I got him I got him into fingerboarding one day, he is in his 60's lol. Anyway so we started putting together stuff with our years of wood work skills, and we made some of the best stuff in the world. I can't even sell any of it cause i love it all too much. We made a solid wood heavy as hell vert ramp to stair set with ledge that blows away anything black river is capable of. I don't want to seem like im talking smack, i really love and respect black river, and if they did what we are doing they would have to charge like $1000 for a stair set. my dad just started out but we have this thing going where im teaching him how to fingerboard and he's teaching me how to ride a unicycle, his training is coming along much better than mine ha.

Try a 3d printer man. Takes a day to print, but you can make any obstacle you want and with $20 worth of filament you can build a whole park. Im having fun with it. I dont have a desire to but people print decks, trucks, and even completes. I can tell you how to do it if you need any help. But honestly they are pretty easy to work with. Made a picnic table yesterday and have made rails, benches, bleachers, fun boxes, quarter pipes, steps, etc.. You can also print molds so you can make them out of concrete if you want. Also can make molds for forming wood decks, making wheels, etc etc. Printer I have is the Ender V2. Lol right after i commented this, your video about 3d printing a deck popped up 🫠

That’s a hubba not a ledge. The term originated from the famous skate spot hubba hideout. Hubba used to be a slang word for crack and this skatespot used to have a lot of homeless people smoking crack at it so that’s why they called it hubba hideout and ever since then the term for a ledge down stairs was called hubba. Sorry I’m a skate dork.

Awesome card board stair ledge question for all finger boards out there how do you keep your graphics from getting stratched messed up I got some really pretty decks for Christmas but scared to get them stracted up wondering if there something you put on them to keep them looking awesome when u are useing a lot etc….

It’s a legit mini fingerboard, if shredded accordingly, graphic ware is inevitable! However, you can go on teak tuning and order legit mini deck rails like on o.g. 80’s decks! And another option is called modge podge which is a clear coat and it’s what I use to lock in any graffiti or other art on homemade obstacles!!! I personally can’t stand deck rails so I’d go with the latter
