This is a really good video. I also like how you list everything that you use in video. It really makes it easy for someone following along.

Your saw blade should always be set no higher than a 1/4" inch above your workpiece/material.

Nice! I appreciate your ingenuity. Just curious why vacuum through both chambers? Why not just connect directly to each chamber? Is it to dissipate the heat from your casting chamber to protect the vacuum pump?

I agree. Very nice work, but the whole thing seems far over complicated to me. I'm a keeping things cheap and simple kind of guy.

If both run simultaneously its because he just doesn't have a split/valves 😂

Hello Sir I have been learning from you and your skills thanks for the work you do for us. I was wondering if it would be possible to make a pressure chamber attachment that can push molten further into the small crevasses of a mould to achieve better quality result ?

Also, does the vacuum machine handle high temperature of casting or it melts down? Because I need to build one like you for METAL vacuum casting...

Do you think it's harder to achieve a vacuum on your casting chamber this way instead of removing are directly from the casting chamber?
@fabiogomes11453 жыл бұрын
Hello! Just a quick question! You say that a 7-9 CFM pump is an ideal pump but you recommend in the links a 5 CFM. Is a 3/4 CFM pump enough? Also did you use the casting vacuum chamber yet to any actual cast? I was hoping to see videos of that on your channel! Did it worked? Good job and all the best!
@TNCXBUNBOX3 жыл бұрын
Hi Fabio, in my link they are 2-stage vacuum, which is more than enough.The 2-stage works stronger but cost a little more. I could not add the information once i uploaded the video. But if you have a 1-stage vacuum, it is better to have a 7-9 CFM pump. About, actual vacuum- i have been using it a few times for my small project, it works great, just the product wasn't great to make a video :)) :(.

Dude….lower the blade. 1/8 inch higher than the work piece max!!!!!!
@ryanjones30842 жыл бұрын
Please please up your saw knowledge first thing your blade is way too high you should be a half inch to an inch above your surface your cutting being all the way up like that there is a chance that your back tooth will bind and send your wood back into your stomach! Second if you get a new blade that has a thinner tooth profile you will get way nicer cuts with way less smoke! If your piece of wood smokes or Burns at all you need to replace your blade
