*8:50** exactly the kind of miniaturist I wanna be!* I've tried watching other videos, but keep coming back to yours because I love this style and the way you clearly and simply explain everything! Thank you for sharing so much! ♥ Jenny

Sneak up on your work! Leave room for errors. A lesson I've taken to heart.

Food was not put up in cans until the 20th century. If this is 19th century, the kitchen would show food canned in glass jars. You are very talented and clever.

Glad you like them! I didn't know where this project was headed when I started but it turned out so great!

i thought you would need to make panel strips narrower as they got towards the back wall for the illusion of being further away, but making boards varying widths, you didn't need that. Brilliant!

Thank you! I really love how the paneling came out

I know I mentioned it before but I really like the way the ceiling turned out, and leaving it like that I think was perfect!

Thank you! I'm sure you've been there where you take a project one step too far and it doesn't look as good. It's important to quit while you're ahead 😉

Looking forward to seeing the final project. Watching this video helped me figure out what to do with one of my miniature cottage floors.

That's great! What did you decide to do? The cereal box boards could definitely be used on a floor but I also really love the random width flooring.
@heathermartinez86402 жыл бұрын
@@queencityminis I decided to use the random width flooring. I was gifted some unfinished wood pieces I can use for floor boards.

That's great! I really enjoyed making the cardboard shadow box. My kitchen is almost done. I'll be doing many more in the future. Not sure what theme but possibly a library. Definitely a Halloween one. The fun never stops.

Where did you get the tin ceiling? I love the scale. I've only seen ceiling tiles for homes, too big for my doll house.
