DIY Cement Rhubarb Leaf/Garden Birdbath

Hello, in today`s video I made a Rhubarb leaf birdbath from cement for your garden,
I Used:
2 Part Cement
0.5-1 Part Sand
50-100ml PVA Glue (Can be added for reducing the risk of cement cracking during drying process).
Plastic Mesh
1 Part Water
1 Cup Oil
1 Rhubarb Leaf

Is that fiberglass fabric ? And what is the white liquid you added to the cement? 😊 very beautiful .
