Is paint protection film a good option for the front areas to proctect aginst rock chips.

Yeah, PPF would be great for the rock chips. I have it on the blue parts for my bumper, hood, and fenders only and got it 10ish + months ago after I got the car painted. However I didn't get it on the lip due to the unique curves as well as this black greddy one. Maybe that's an option in the future if I decide to paint it but needed something quick to apply and keep it protected from the sun.
