DAIRY FREE CHOCOLATE SYRUP:
PEPPERMINT SNOWBALLS
3/4 cup finely crushed peppermint candies or candy canes (divided)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup vegan butter, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 325F. In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup crushed candies and 1/2 cup powdered sugar; set aside.
In a larger bowl combine butter, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, remaining crushed candies and vanilla. Stir in flour.
Shape into into 1 inch balls, place 2 inches apart on an unreleased cookie sheet and bake 10-13 min till set but not brown.
Immediately remove and roll in reserved peppermint sugar mixture, let cool, and roll again in peppermint sugar if desired.

Oh, I love it when you do your Coffee Bar! This one was gorgeous! I love the Chalkboard Sign. I just opened the Candy Cane spoons and I could not smell anything....not even peppermint! Lol! I heard someone else say that their family did not like them. My first trip to Dollar Tree in 2 years was so disappointing. They only had 2 very small aisles with Christmas and it was very picked over. I have seen so many pretty things that people have hauled. Oh well, I guess that is the way it goes sometimes. ❤🤗~Kimi

Omg 😆 I LOVE this DIY so much! Such a cute idea! I may have to do something like this! Also, I think this would be great to make a regular one for the rest of the year too. And you could use Italian words/French words for more of an upscale European coffee bistro look. It’s a great way to encourage making your coffee at home to save money. So stinkin cute! ✌️💕

Construction hack... Remove the switch/outlet plates with flathead screwdriver ( or butter knife) it's a lot easier than cutting your paper to the exact fit around the switch box.

You did such a good job on the chalkboard paper and decorating the paper. I could of done it in my younger days but now my hands are not steady enough or my eyes able to see well enough lol. I haven't tried or even bought any of those peppermint spoons because last year everyone was saying that they tasted like cough syrup I also haven't tried the chocolate spoons because they are made by Palmer and their chocolate always tastes nasty. I love those mint cookies though. They taste just like the Girl Scout cookies .

👍🏼 for the whole set up, looks awesome. But may I suggest you don’t cover your snow balls in glass. It will create condensation inside and your powdered sugar will get moist over time. I know it looks cool but I prefer to cover them with a net dome, like what you use at a picnic to protect your food from flies. It’s works and my snowballs stay white and look light and fluffy.
