Get a catch can... it'll keep all the oil out of there. That's what I did and cleaned my throttle body at the same time, and I've never had to clean it again because the catch can catches all the crank case vapor before it gets back into the intake. We can thank the EPA for dirty intakes and throttle bodies.

I have since put one on. Some still slips by. I bough a cheap one off ebay for $20. What kinda do you have and does it work really good?

jameslee522 I've got a Moroso can made for the GM trucks. Kinda pricey at $130 but it seems to work really well, it's got a pretty good filter kinda setup in it. I drain it at every oil change and get 2-3oz out in 4000mi. My truck is low mile still too (79k), so a truck with high mileage might have a little more blow by pushing a little more oil vapor into the can so some might be pushed through.
