Ich habe sowas ähnliches gebaut aber vorne nicht aus Holz solche Beschläge für die "Türen", sondern U-Profile aus Metall, wo ich dann imprägnierte Holzpfähle quer reinlege. 10 Pfähle übereinander sind ca. 1 Meter.

With a three bay system you should be able to make complete compost in 6 months, not 3 years! Once bin one is full, turn it in to bin 2, keep doing this until bin 2 is full, then turn it in to bin 3. By the time bin 2 is full again, you should be able to empty bin 3. Don't put too much pure grass in, and mix in lots of carbon, either with wood chippings, or chopped up cardboard or paper (however if its printed on, you can't use that compost on the veg garden due to residual chemicals in the ink) .
