I've viewed 5 videos and I'm glad I watched yours. YOUR condensate pump training was the ONLY one to show the cutting of the plug which I figured I would have to do since my current one has no plug! And the ONLY only that shows what we have to do the internal furnace guts and stipping those cute little wires. Thank God. Brilliant to the moon. Cutting the plug head voids all warranty. Keep that in mind, if your pump fails in the future you're on your own.

The wires are not black-white- green in mine, had to pull the not so instructive instruction sheet out of the trash to get the polarity right...

Why not invest in proper wire strippers? Also, you do not have a cable clamp on the junction box to protect the wire from the metal knockout. Other than that, nice job showing how to hardwire the pump. I do not think there is another video out there showing how to hardwire the pump.

What's blue wire What's green wire What's brown wire

Brown is the live wire, Blue is a neutral wire, and green is the grounding wire. ~ karen
