Did you make your glitter tattoos two or three layer? What products did you use and in what order? I’m needing those steps!

It's one layer stencil but you can apply the different colors of glitter. I'll try to make a video of applying it. =)

Yes, to apply it to the skin, I would use transfer tape =)
