This is by far the best DIY that I've seen for a tufted head board.

His work is awesome so neat and professional. I'm making my own headboard using white vinyl fabric and crystal buttons alternating rows. It's not that difficult to do but it is time consuming about 2 hrs from start to end. I decided to try to make a headboard after seeing one online for about $600 made with white leather. Hope this inspired someone to give a try at creating with your own hands. Blessings 🙏😀

you can also do this with poster board if you don't want to use wood. it's much cheaper n not as sturdy but for people on a budget or just wanting to try it, it works :)

I think he has it at that height because he uses the same stand for when he upholsterers other pieces, which are usually chairs ... his newer videos have him using a hydraulic lift and he explains that it’s much better and easier for him to move things at the level he needs for each project...

Nada Luqman Take a salon stool with a height control, attach it on a sturdy plank of wood. Remove the seat then attach a thick plywood on top which will serve as your working surface. Adjust the height as needed.
