Yes Brother I do have a custom and properly calculated Subwoofer, speaker and boombox manufacturing as you might have seen videos on. But currently there is no shop just me. And lot more stuff is coming to the channel soon. 😊😊

You should have used vented ports. In this design I see there is no way to get benefits of air column resonance. It would have boosted bass considerably.

Bass was not a priority in this there was a subwoofer enclosure in the room for that. Priority was clean vocals with tight Midbass ☺️. And it performed really well in that aspect. Thanks for the feedback 😊 Checkout Amul Luthra Custom Audio KZbin channel for more such builds ☺️

Try making speakers with fibre glass cloth and adhesive.. no one in india has tried such custom fit space saving speakers box for car boot. Your video right away will hit lacs of views

One thing you can do is add some white or creme color pinstripes on the speaker box and it will look superb!!!!
