We’ve done the grill DIY’s. Great minds think alike 😉. Love the baseball idea! My sons 10. Only his palm and bottom of his fingers would fit on the ball. Lol miss the t and pinto ball ages. I still enjoy watching him but I got a kick out of watching 5-8 yo’s playing in the sandy infield and laughing when they ran the bases. No screaming coaches or parents just lil kids having fun. Maybe as Delila, said just add a layer of Saran or Glad wrap, so you could still see the design but it wouldn't be damaged by BBQ sauce or discolored by the charred meat or veggies. Just a thought

Vinyl is not food safe. There are ways around it, (tissue on the plate first, seal the plate first) but food should never directly come into contact with food. Same with mugs, always place vinyl lower than where your lips meet the mug when sipping.

You can hand wash it. You can not eat off of vinyl - it is not food safe. I would cover it with cling wrap / wax paper / parchment paper.

I would not seal unless you can find food safe sealer. Hand wash only with vinyl. It’ll last much longer 👌🏻

My daughter is strawberry blonde. I caught grief when she was born a red head. 😂 my family has a lot of em. I couldn’t pull it off but it’s such a beautiful color to have! 😊

Pennie Roehrs ..Yes it is a beautiful color to have and ours is “auburn red” . My Dad was a red head and my siblings also. My sister had ONE red-head... both of mine are red-heads and my brothers got none! I was thrilled when both my girls had the red! Even more thrilled when we got a red-headed granddaughter! During those School years, some days it was not so great! LOL! Now... people ask me “”””if I used to have red hair?”””” It still looks red to me at 62... but in all truthfulness, probably more white than red now... 😢

Hand wash and if it were me I wouldn’t mind putting food on it but it’s each persons call. It’s plastic and we use plastic plates and forks. Wouldn’t think it’s much different.

Vicki Thress I wouldn't put food on it. Especially not hot food we don't know what what would be leaching out of the vinyl when hot food is placed on it. I'm sure you can look on the company's website of the type of vinyl you are going to use and see if they have anything about it there, but I know that I have seen on some vinyl labels not food safe.
