those are so gorgeous and I was really excited about doing the project until I could not find those candlesticks at my local Dollar General. So I will have to look for something similar elsewhere

Of course they turned out beautiful. Wave hi sometime so I can see you. I never have. Can you try something w/ the color like rose gold, that is a type of gold jewelry. I hope it comes in a spray paint...Thank you and God Bless.

Where did you get the small and large size voltive candles ? Great job.
@MissPlanIt8 жыл бұрын
Hi Valerie! The small and large votive candles were purchased at the Dollar Tree. The link is in the video description. XOXO MissPlanIt

These are beautiful but I have a concern about the glue melting once that glass heats up from the candle. Does E6000 stand up to heat?
@MissPlanIt8 жыл бұрын
Hi Michele! Our Community Member that inspired this project made them for her wedding reception. She was very happy with the plan and did not have any issues with the glue melting as the glass heated up. You can see her post on our Facebook page. Be sure to use E600! XOXO MissPlanIt

Did you glue the globe to the candlestick?
@MissPlanIt8 жыл бұрын
+MsLiPrettyAsCanBe Yes we used E6000, which can be purchased at any craft store. We would love to see how it turns out. Be sure to upload a picture to MissPlanIt.com. Happy DIYing XOXO

This was really cool video. The only thing is that there were only two things that were from the dollar tree. Yes things cost a dollar, but I wouldn't call this exactly a dollar tree craft.
