I have been a subscriber of Beverly's Stunning Creations for a while now. I don't comment too much, but this needed a comment! My mom was diagnosed with stage 3A cervicaI cancer at the end of July 2021, and she passed away on Dec. 12, 2021, and she would have loved to have this because she loved butterflies a lot! She told us all before she passed away that all she wanted to do was just fly like a butterfly to heaven to be with her parents. I think I will make this for my two daughters and my daughter - in- law for Christmas in honor of my mom because we all miss her so much! This came out so beautifully, Beverly!!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece.

Hi Terry, Thank you for commenting and Thank you for your story. I'm so sorry for your loss and I hope that your family is holding up ok. It's hard losing a parent. I lost my Mom when I was on 19 years old and I still miss her to this very day. I think it's a great idea to make them something Butterfly related to remember and honor your Mom "how sweet!'. I'm so happy that you like this DIY, it's one of my favs to date! Just take your time and don't rush it and get a good saw lol I had to put some work into that cutting of the sign. Keep me posted :) ❤❤❤❤
