If the clay after cooking is not flexible the problem is the temperature of your oven that is not enough. You need a higher temperature. Remember that the oven thermostat does not always show the real temperature it has.

I baked them for 30 minutes and the pieces broke (275F) I tried again by baking for 60 minutes and the pieces did not break (275F) I use Premo

If your stuff brakes, the problem is that you're cooking at a lower temperature. Check the temperature of your oven! :-) Remember that the oven must be well regulated. After cooking, the object must be unbreakable. If it breaks, it means that the oven temperature is too low. If you needed 60 minutes to cook properly, your oven probably took a long time to reach the right temperature. Have fun!
