DIY Edible Rainbow Grains Jelly Edible Orbeez

How to make rainbow grains jelly. It's edible and tastes good(more exactly the texture is good!).
The basic principle is same as artificial salmon roe. It looks like an edible orbeez, doesn't it?
main ingredients
1% sodium alginate aqueous solution(ex sodium alginate 1g water 100cc)
I used peach flavor water this time.
1% calcium lactate aqueous solution(ex calcium lactate 1g water 100cc)
I used muscat flavor water this time.

It's exactly what popin cookin sushi kit does with the salmon roe. They must have just had the chemicals in powder form like their other ingredients. It's really cool to see this! I bet it tastes good.

This was incredible to watch. If I was able to purchase the chemicals and ingredients I'd love to use this in the classroom, but I know my administrators wouldn't allow it. This could be a great educational tool for teaching about bacteria. You can do drops and drizzles to look like strep or stomach bacteria or the bacteria that's used to make yogurt and hey speaking of yogurt who wants yogurt with bacteria sprinkles?

You're supposed to gently rinse the solution off the beads with clean water before serving. Look up molecular gastronomy, you'll find lots of recipes for 'caviar'.
