While I don't make journals, so many of your tutorials show items I can use for the many cards I make. I'm going to include bookmarks in some cards ... long envelopes like these with a couple of pieces of plain or lined paper inside, because we often want to make a note to ourselves while reading and don't have paper handy. I made some with junk mail window envelopes like that, too. Thanks for the inspiration!

I think the best part of junk journals is the creative paths it leads you to wander down. Example: After watching this, I practiced folding using pages from a catalog of patio furniture. To my delight, I found that varying the orientation of the images created an abstract art look. Because the catalog paper was thin, I glued images to newspaper. I love the end result: a glossy abstract look on the outside, matte print inside. I'm busy quickly creating a stash.

We’ll just to let you know I have been sewing for many many year and exactly how you started I did at the age of ten so I would be able to see how much you have learned on your own. I can see you have a love for sewing and with your artistic skills you would make a really good seamstress. You are just a joy to watch and you are so forgiving of your work but you don’t need to be. What I like is your artistic ways are not a carbon copy of a lot of the videos on u-tube. Blessings and prayers your way and to your family

Your channel is always PACKED with ideas, I love watching and learning from your ideas because it translates into so many other parts of life, not just in crafts and journaling. It teaches me to open my mind to other ways of doing things. I also love your philosophy of things not needing to be perfect, of figuring out other ways to fix things, to love what you make regardless of anyone else's opinions, that things are not permanent and the world won't end if we make a mistake, and that we can do whatever we want and it can still be beautiful to us. I love that you work in a way thats best for you and that you arent precious about tools and techniques. Thank you for sharing your passion with us and I know your channel will be a vault of knowledge for people now and in the future. Love from South Africa. 🇿🇦

Beautiful envelopes Natasa 💌 Love how you always use up every off cut and never waste any paper. Can’t believe someone took the time to leave a rude comment about your choice of words. You’re so amazing and inspiring ⭐️
