Tip for installing cabinet door: take a 1x3 or 1x4 clamp to the underside of the bottom of the cabinet. It holds it while you screw it into place. Used this to install all my kitchen cabinet doors, worked great!

Awesome results! I am amazed at how much of a difference the drapes made in the living room! On the table, it's probably easier to stain the legs and underside if the table is upside down on your workbench and stain the table top last. That way, you don't have to crouch, and bend so much to get 'er done. :)

Next tent put pool noodles at each corner to prevent water collecting. Or, go to Sam's club and get a commercial ez up tent. They do not collect water and are very sturdy.

We used to own a tiny Craftsman super similar to this one. How sad that all the Craftsman design, the wood baseboards, built in book cases and buffet, the fireplace and the hall door, are all gone. However, I really admire your work. You are inspiration for women who like to build.

I just came home from surgery for a knee replacement 12/26/23 and our infrared heater just bit the dust. We need something to replace it and the Southing Heater Humidifier sounds very nice and looks modern to fit in with our family room update we’re in the process of doing. It would look more beautiful if the laundry cabinets (same w/ the kitchen cabinets) was placed all the way to the ceiling to create an illusion of a high ceiling and it will be more spacious at the bottom... but all in all i love every DiY that you do... Keep it Up!!! 😊

I am so inspired by you guys. Andrea, do you think you could do a tutorial video on how to use a circular saw? well maybe all your tools and what you can use them for. Im just starting off buying tools. I have so far a Makita circular saw, a drill, a buffer and a jig saw and just a bunch of tools. Also what are th best brands to use for painting for example, paaint, paint brushes, PPE gear etc lol. Im so curious and i just want to know where to start as a DIY beginner.
