Apple cider vinegar with the mother. Do not take it in original form. Please mix in 1:4 ratio with water. 1 tablespoon of ACV and 4 tablespoon of water. Drink it either every morning or before meals (15 minutes) Coconut oil ( pure and cold pressed) is best for toe nail fungus. Try every day 2 times morning and at night before going to sleep.
