I love the way you used the straws to form the gutters with the Das brand air dry clay. They came out look so realistic. As well as the smoke pipe. It worked out very nice with the coffee carafe. You inspired me way back to make fairy houses and I did loads, I even sold some on a Christmas market & also got commissions from my friends, so much so that I burned myself out. I haven't made one in over a year. Now after seeing this video it has inspired me to get my clay out again, I love this latest creation & yes as you say in the description the roof drains (gutters UK) add masses of character, I'm gonna try doing that on my next house. Thank you for your magical talent, you truly are the queen of fairy houses.

How can anyone dislike this creativity. I had recreated one of your previous fairy house. I plan to do this one too. I wish to have my own home one day. I also love school supplies. I'm 55yrs old but every time it's "Back to School" sales I buy lots! Paper, note books, pens, markers, cases. Everything but crayons. I know one thing on my list will be Crayola's. I also purchase, from the cigarette and liquor stores, are cigar boxes, especially the wooden ones. I use them for craft containers and make craft projects with them; jewelry boxes, make up cases, just cool stuff. I'm glad I have grandchildren, 10 of them from age 5 months to 14.5 yrs old. With all the craft stuff I buy, believe it or not, their favorite thing to do is hand sewing. The older ones used to make doll clothes. We don't watch the TV until evening. During the day we usually at least go outside regardless of the weather. When we get home we cook lunch, they enjoy that. After we eat we do crafts or put on shows, like the old variety shows they had when I was a kid. Singing, dancing, we write stories without seeing what the others write. We write a page then fold it over so the others can't see. We come up with some great short stories. I have eight granddaughters and two grandsons. I love it so much! Funny but these play times are so much better than board games, you use your imagination, everyone gets along so no sore losers. When we do play games I NEVER let them win. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I think it's a great skill. My grandbabies, instead of getting upset they my be losing, they still will stop and help their sisters. I was/am an only child, both my parents are in heaven now. I can now see how/why siblings fight and I share with them how I got a lot of Christmas gifts but all the games are for ages 2-6, 4-8 .... Being one person isn't so good trying to be 2 or more people just to play. It'll be okay. Thank you.

I have ATTEMPTED lol a couple of your projects and the first time I did, I kept getting burned by the foil and hot glue. I learned that if I let my glue gun heat up then unplug it for a bit it will start to cool and I don't get burned as much. Of course I have to plug it back in after a but but its an old gadget so it's all good. Today I am going to make me a nearly tree trunk pen holder for my desk. Thank you.

I don't know if my experience will help you... I do similar projects and can't use a glue gun because of my cat. He is my permanent assistant.)) I had to get used to using polymer glue. It takes a little longer. But it works great.
