Only thing I wish you was doing this all to the tbss, ad I am about to start on my ascender/envoy ext...but I am gonna def need this reference.. Love the videos bro! You should try Sun Flash resin by SMD its a uv reactant resin. Just lay the resin on and put it out in the sun dries up in about 5-10mins costs about $100 for the gallon but definitely cuts down on timing!

I like to do like 3 layers ..gotta remember it’s glass at the end up the day you don’t wanna make it super solid because these a chance it could shatter

Yes I just prepped it a bit extra and threw a prep spray on her so tape would stick and not peel up during fiberglassing

Why do you make a mold ? Why not just cut out what needs to be gone on the door panel? Sorry very new here at doing this … any help would be greatly appreciated..
