You could try using lavender flowers in this recipe for a sleep pillow. Lavender comes in several varieties but English Lavender seems to produce the most fragrant oil IMO.

The first boil, is to get the floral water collected in the bowl(steam) Then the second time you boil, you’re boiling the flowers and water again? Great questions, unlike with lotions and most water-based products, properly made hydrosols can last refrigerated for several months without a preservative, however they can be prone to contamination. If it's not for personal use, I would recommend adding a preservative to be on the safe side. Thanks for watching! 😊
