DIY Gas Burner

I needed a small gas burner with a stable flare that could work from a household butane canister. I tried to find some simple drawing on the Internet, but couldn't find it. Once again, I had to reinvent the «wheel».
This video shows the process of making a very simple, but stable working, injection gas burner. The design of this burner made it possible to optimize nozzles of different designs and to test different main jets. But perhaps most importantly, it is possible to manufacture such a burner without using turning and milling equipment.
This burner is scalable, but in order to scale it down, it is necessary to select accordingly a needle with smaller capillary diameter or to make a nozzle with a very small orifice.

Antenna telescopic Ømax=12mm,
3-gram medical syringe,
Insulin syringe,
M4 washer,
Cotton or linen thread,
Medical drip tube,
Duralumin - 210x30x0,5mm,
PVC mounting tube Ø2.5mm.
