Yup, definitely need a bigger yard. I get crazy ideas last minute and up until Christmas this is what happened. Thank you for dropping a comment! 😁

Thanks, these got turned out in record time up till Christmas eve due to all the last min decorations lol. Something I recommend is sealing the cardboard with waterproof paint, seal the top hole with a plastic top and use plastic ornaments for the hands because the foam fell apart with glue and paint.

Thank you! That's an excellent recommendation using ornament balls for the hands! I will definitely do that! 😊

I want to know about that snow machine! Is the snow biodegradable?
@ProjectAnubisUSA2 жыл бұрын
The snow machine itself isn’t 😂 The mixture is distilled water, mr bubbles for babies and some wintergreen alcohol. I’d start with 1 gallon of distilled 2oz mr bubbles (thicker go 4oz) 2oz of alcohol (keep equal to soap or less for high strength alcohol) If not satisfied with the fluff add another 2oz of mr bubbles and 2oz of alcohol (if winter green). It’s easier to add to your mixture and it doesn’t have to be a perfect mixture. I wouldn’t exceed 1gallon water 8oz of each additive Because the bubbles pile up and linger into a snow bank 🫣. I would try and keep the alcohol lower just because it starts to burn the eyes if you hit 8oz for sensitive people. I recommend a large 16-18” fan to blow upwards dispersing the snow and making it appear more realistic. If you don’t do this you will have a line of snow from the machine. On Google post; people do as little as 3gallons 8oz of each additive

Hey there! Wow this is absolutely amazing. The nutcracker is stunning. How long total did it take you to make it? Also - has he lasted over the years? I want to try it but also wonder where I would store him. I may make one but on a small scale: This was one of the most creative ideas I have seen. Great video!

It took days only because we were doing a lot of last min decorations and I was spread thin. It should only take a few due to paint needing to dry. I do recommend putting a cover over the top of the tube and sealing it with outdoor primer first to last. mine is still good and it sits out in the backyard all year due to its size. I also recommend large ornaments for the hands due to foam falling apart.

No, this is the only platform I have at the moment.

Are you located in Clovis? I’m looking to see if you rent the decor out. We are putting together an electric drive through parade for a local school.

@@aleshiagarcia4374 yes; and no because I don’t have a business license nor the desire as of now to get into the rental business. I just build stuff that looks interesting or fix things I’m in need of doing. I film to help inspire others, document or to help show an easier way to do something since I’m already doing the project at the time. Somethings I do sell if I have a easier way to produce them but not enough to start a business yet.
