Great video. I appreciated the fact you showed all of the roadblocks and how you overcame them. The bottle cap stand-offs are great too. Thanks for the tip!

Dude, showing the struggle is so relatable and helpful for showing potential mishaps, risks and issues that could arise! It's bound to happen when you're creating something new for the first time, just part of the process of venturing into new territory! Amazing job dude, I absolutely adore the finished piece! Looks incredible!

it was a nice video.. more on the fun-reminder-of-various-mistakes-side than the educational side. I like your honesty and that you didn't cover up your mistakes through the editing process in order to present yourself as a pro. Kudos for that. Also your honesty makes me write this comment.. and somehow i want to pay it back :) If you are going to proceed with the sign making i think it's a must to use a compressor with a spray gun or even an airbrush for even finer details. In the long run you will save up some money, garbage and sanity. And/or in the cheaper side of things you can use a nice small smooth roller and then a very fine sandpaper will do the job too. ( you can find videos online how you can do that like a pro) One last thing. Whenever you dive into some unknown materials and you dont know how they react with each other or how it will look in the end i find it extremely useful to make some small scale tests-experiments first. In that way, you save time, mistakes, money and frustration. E.g. when you sprayed the whole clear plastic you could use a few small offcuts to test the best method for the style you want to achieve. I've learned this mindset from mythbusters and of course i use this method for myself and it has served me well. My two cents, Cheers :)

cut a ring of polycarbonate to go around the bearing and make the offset any size you want for that rabbit bit

Seems like a lot of dust? Could that cause some of the mis cuts?
