Stunning. I'm totally in love with gnomes since I bought one at a Christmas bazaar last year. I live in South Africa and we are not able to get all the supplies available to our overseas crafter but there's always a way past that. Thank you for the clear video. I don't usually show the patterns in the videos because many are premium patterns for which I charge. The pattern for these, however, is available for free, so you can print it out and see the measurements. The pieces are joined, so the cuts for the full assembly are (less if you use the sock): - flat body, single pattern piece - round body base, single pattern piece - hat side 1, hat side 2 (flipped), single pattern piece Does that help?

Oh, Niki, I know!! That is the trickiest part but honestly, now I find it easier after sewing for so many years. It's a little tight, but if you turn the piece as you are sewing without lifting that needle, it makes it easier. Let me know if I can help.

It's included in the free pattern with these, but the way I develop them is by trial and error. I sketch out my pattern measurements for the height and width and start there.
