Thank you for this video, a lady I know couldn't work out how to do this & asked me. I've got all the rest nearly done but I'm struggling with the light and wiring, have you got a video on doing this please - unless I've missed it in this on. Cheers Jan x

Hi!! Hmm lighting is hard to do. The basic principle is strip the wire, twist the right wires together, then tape with electrical tape and make sure the connection is secure. Then run the battery and test? But I always get a bad connection myself when I do this. I think other crafters might have a better solution!

I built this model a few months ago..... I freakin' LOVE building these small houses! Ive done 3 already! 😅 I love how, even though it's a kit, yours actually looks totally different to mine 😃 PS, I suggest Miller's Garden.... it was this first one that I ever did, and its a wonderful little riff on models that are of someone's 'private green space' 😄

Try Allean's tacky glue you will find it a lot less frustrating.

You need to cut down the amount of glue by about 3/4, all you need is a dot in a couple places

Aw sorry!! It was super annoying for me too. I think I tried to glue it with pva and it only sort of worked. I think Super glue would probably be more effective?? Thinking back on it now

@@peachizashi I’ve held it together with low tack tape so I can get it all in the right place, I’m assembling the wood structure next for stability, then I will add tiny drops of Superglue with a cocktail stick. This is definitely the trickiest part !

Ah, yes I think the superglue will def be the key part. I wish I had used it would have spared me a huge headache and messy glass panes on the kit!

Truthfully I dislike using that glue. Too much waiting. I bought a pen style hot glue gun and works great. Amazon.

I hated the glue... next time I will try to buy my own wood glue or something haha
