This is a simple and cute Halloween craft project that you can create with inexpensive materials and items you already have around the house. Great family or classroom collective project. This wreath was really fun to make.

Wire Hanger or Cardboard Ring Shape Cutout
(or any wreath form of your choice)
Plastic bags
Tape
Fine glitter (Purple, Green, Blue, Orange)
White glue or Mod Podge
20 to 25 Styrofoam Balls
(Ping Pong Ball or Golf Ball Size or Smaller)
12 to 15 Plastic Halloween Eyes (Ping Pong Eyes)
Acrylic Paint (Blue, Green, Purple, Orange)
Paint Brushes (Medium and Detailed Brush)
Skewer Sticks or Tooth picks
Black Prickly Garland (Approx. 12 yards)
Hot Glue Gun
Hot Glue Sticks
Bucket of Sand, Cardboard box or Styrofoam to poke sticks into, for drying balls.

Electrical tape
Ribbon (To Hang Wreath)
