they lasted forever. I have black, white, and red. I forgot where I got them, but they call "self adhesive vinyl" on eBay. you could get one for really cheap like 6-7 dollars for a 5ft roll.

by the way I made a mistake sticking a sticker on a dried wall (that's why I was kinda struggling pulling the making tape out). Usually, it is a straight forward process.

How long did it take start to finish?

pretty quick! less than 10mins. For me, this is fairly simple piece to do. I've done something more complex like a full manga character face.
