I like people who have a plan and do follow it to it's end. I see that you are extremly skilled in working with wood. For me this is far away from improvisation. Keep on going. You now have a new fan!

There is so much to learn from this master class in survival. And you even provided lunch! I could almost smell those mushrooms all the way over here in Canada. I believe that is the first time that I've ever seen someone build a rocket stove out of a log. Very interesting. And that home-made wooden mixer is outstanding. I have a question about the oil used to treat the wood. Is that cooking or petroleum oil? Could animal fat rendered down also be used? I see from your channel description that you are in Ukraine. I hope that you are safe during these horrible times. Thank you for another very informative video. Take care.

Thanks for your wonderful feedback! I learned this method of treating wood with cooking oil from beekeepers. One can also add beeswax to the oil in a 50/50 ratio. I used this method to treat the beehive and am very pleased with the result. It greatly prolongs the life of wood outdoor. I can't say anything about animal fats. I also want to thank you for your support! It is important for me!

@@Bushcraftimprovisation wonderful video. Please make more. It would be nice to make a tool list. Where did you get the little stove? The Archimedes screw with a handle on it What is that called? I love watching you make things. We didn't get to see how you made that saw. Tool can be a new video on its own

This is remarkable craftsmanship…but, and I mean no harm, that mixer is somewhat useless. You can mix those ingredients simply with a stick. I can’t think of any instance when a mixer would be useful in a survival setting, most mixing or smashing can be done by hand or with a simple tool. However, the design is brilliant, DaVinci-esque. Those mushrooms must be delicious, and very nutritious. A lovely meal.
