This in a step-by-step instructional video on how to build an inexpensive hand throttle for a Toyota 4x4 by re-purposing bicycle parts. Even though the video is specific to the older Toyota 4x4's the principles of the project could probably be adapted to many other types of vehicles. I’ll list the parts and tools needed for this project below. I’ll put Amazon affiliate links to examples of the parts & tools so you can get a better idea of what they look like and cost.
