This is such a beautiful DIY.. and could be a great gift. I would absolutely give to a special someone. Suggestion for the lid to hold well I think I would spray the sticks b4 I place the in the box . And also for the outside I would spray w/glue and adhere glitter and than spray again or use Mod ponge

I decided to make this for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas. I tweaked it a bit, and used hinges instead, plus a different take on the embellishments used. It looks amazing, still haven't found a good topper to use for a handle though! I really hope she loves it!! Thank you so much for the idea!
